at Auction on eBay.

Super Bowl XLII, with a 14 and 6 record the New York Giants seem to rise out of nowhere defeating opponent after opponent to claim the NFC Championship, and the Right to battle for the Super Bowl. Interestingly, the Giants were never really favored to win any of the 14 games that had brought them to the Super Bowl. But they none-the-less, won them anyway.

In my own humble opinion, 2007 could easily be called a "Miracle Year" for the New York Giants. Especially since, in coming to Super Bowl XLII, they would face the New England Patriots who, at 18 and 0, were favored by 14. But then, and again, that's how it always was as the Giants were never really favored to win any of the 14 games that had brought them to the Super Bowl.

In the end, the Giants defeated the New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLII, in the third biggest upset by betting line in Super Bowl history. Co-owner John Mara described it as "the greatest victory in the history of this franchise, without question".
